I. Semi-annual, Annual, and Lifetime Membership Plans
No refunds are available for semi-annual, annual, or lifetime plans. These plans are not eligible for refunds even if you request one within 24 hours of purchase. This policy applies only to monthly plans and individual products. If you purchase a semi-annual, annual, or lifetime membership, it is assumed that you have previously experienced our services through other memberships. -
II. Purchases Made with Cryptocurrency
We do not offer refunds for purchases made with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. The refund policy applies only to traditional currencies, as refunds will be processed through your bank. -
III. Payments via Bank Transfer or PayPal
Payments made via bank transfer or PayPal are non-refundable. -
IV. Future Updates
If you download a product and it functions properly, but the product stops working after a future update, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is recommended that you review the updated terms and conditions before proceeding. While we strive to update all products promptly, the refund guarantee does not cover issues arising from future updates. -
V. Support Provided Upon Request
We provide support services only at your request. Since Allwintheme is a third-party seller and not the original owner of the products, we are not directly responsible for support and will not issue refunds in such cases. -
VI. Plugin Support
If you encounter issues with a plugin and are unwilling to provide us with access to verify and resolve the problem, you will not be eligible for a refund. We need to review and optimize your server configuration to meet the product’s installation requirements. You may also visit the developer’s website to learn about specific adjustments you may need to make. -
VII. Prohibition of Resale
You may share downloaded products with friends or clients, but resale is strictly prohibited. If resale is detected, your account will be suspended without prior notice, and no refunds or technical support will be provided. -
VIII. Plan Resellers
If you wish to resell Allwintheme products, you need to subscribe to the reseller membership plan. Upon joining this plan, you will have a dedicated account manager to assist you in setting up and managing your business. -
IX. Change of Opinion or “I Don’t Like It”
We will not issue refunds for product or membership purchases based solely on a change of mind or dislike of the service or product. Each product has links and URLs on its sales page to allow you to verify its functionality before purchasing. However, if a product is defective or we cannot resolve an issue, we will provide a refund. -
X. Products Not Listed on Allwintheme
Refund requests for products not listed on our website will not be entertained. Any claims based on the unavailability of products outside our platform will not be accepted. -
XI. Technical Requirements
No refunds will be given if you lack the technical knowledge required to use the product. -
XII. Product Discontinuation
Due to the nature of our service, Allwintheme reserves the right to remove any product from the website. Once a product is removed, it will no longer be available for download, and no refunds will be issued. While this is rare, if it occurs, we will analyze your situation and, if possible, provide alternative products free of charge. -
XIII. License Keys
License keys are not included in refunds. Since our products are under the GPL license, no license keys are required, and in accordance with our terms, we will not issue refunds even if a refund is requested. -
XIV. Accidental Purchases
If you make a purchase by mistake, we will not issue a refund even if you have not downloaded any products. Upon payment, you will have full access to our website. For security and control reasons, we do not accept refunds for accidental purchases. -
XV. Products with Original License Keys
Starting from September 2023, we began offering products with genuine license keys. When purchasing these products, you will receive the corresponding key or activation code directly. For certain products (e.g., Elementor, which requires manual activation), refunds will only be issued if the license is revoked or unusable, and the refund request is made within 7 days or the issue cannot be resolved. -
XVI. Seeking Solutions Before Requesting a Refund
If you encounter any issues with your purchase (e.g., installation or performance problems), please contact us before filing a refund request through PayPal or other payment services. Filing a refund without assistance may result in additional fees and restrictions on your account. If you request a refund prematurely, we will only be able to process it through the payment service and cannot provide further support. -
XVII. Additional Services
No refunds will be given for additional services offered by Allwintheme, such as SEO, hosting, or WordPress maintenance services. -
XVIII. Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period. -
XIX. Free Memberships and Referral Services
If you obtained a free membership through our promotional services or purchased hosting through our referral links, no refunds will be given as these services do not generate direct revenue for Allwintheme. -
XX. Products Removed by the Author
No refunds will be issued if a product has been removed from the author’s website and the author has ceased providing updates. -
XXI. Public Negative Feedback or Abusive Behavior
We will not issue refunds if a customer posts negative reviews publicly without first contacting us for a solution. Similarly, if a customer causes issues due to misunderstanding during installation and does not seek help, we will not provide a refund. -
XXII. Limitations on Demo and Import Functions
Demo import functions generally work properly in most of our products. However, some products may have limitations. Additionally, cloud-based demo imports have specific restrictions; for example, newspaper themes allow you to import the full demo, but the cloud import option may not work. Furthermore, certain functions related to the author’s website (such as scanning in the latest version of the Wordfence plugin or reporting in WPMUDEV plugins) may have limitations. We recommend contacting us to test any products you are unsure about. -
XXIII. Renewal Refunds
Renewals are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to new users trying the service for the first time. If you do not wish to renew monthly, you can cancel your membership or remove your payment method. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription when they no longer wish to renew.
